Earlier this year RTGX Executives were given the opportunity to visit a Zwelibanzi High School in the Umlazi Township in South Africa. This High School utilizes its very few but precious resources, including the commitment of the teachers and volunteers to teach and keep the flame for knowledge burning for students from tough circumstances – some of whom walk miles to get to the school everyday.

What stood out was the passion for learning, the many hopes for their individual futures, the way they uplifted each each other and the relentless commitment to use the foundation the school was providing to better their circumstances not only for themselves but their families and community.
Armando Seay, founder of Ross Technologies, has been assisting several high schoolers interested in starting a technology company. In April, 2010, Seay met with them and gave insight into their business plan. Seay then purchased laptop computers for the duo. In addition, he had one of his main software developers teach the students how to create a website, and he provided the space on his server.
RTGX has agreed to lend technical expertise and technology support for the Living Classrooms Foundation's Perkins Community Center project. The Perkins Community Center will be housed in an historic abandoned fire house located in the center of the Perkins Housing Project community. The RTGX leadership team attends the ribbon-cutting ceremony One of the many goals of the project is to provide the community with a gathering place for community meetings, after school activities for the children of the community and spaces designed to be used to conduct a variety of learning activities for members of the community.
RTGX’s Founder and Senior Executive Vice President along with RTGX’s Co-founder, President and CEO recently had the high honor of presenting famed Portrait Artist and Sculpture, Artis Lane, with an award from the Los Angeles organization, Sisters at the Well Inc., at their fourth annual awards ceremony. The annual awards ceremony honors women who have made significant contributions to the Los Angeles community and the nation in the areas of business, arts, philanthropy, social work and civic contributions and is sponsored by local and national corporations.
RTGX has been a top-level sponsor of this event benefiting the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Association’s Central Maryland Scholarship Fund since it's inception. RTGX provides organizational and design services year-round to ensure that the event accomplishes its goal.
RTGX linked arms with Susan L. Taylor and the National Cares Mentoring Movement to raise funds and mentor at-risk youth. On Saturday September 19th, 2008, RTGX hosted a corporate networking event and fundraiser in support of the National Cares Mentoring Movement.
