RTGX has been awarded a network and project support contract with the United States Air Force located at Maxwell Gunter Annex, Alabama. RTGX is responsible for AFNET Installation Support, Network Systems Support and IP/address management.

• Secret DoD Clearances are required and for a few positions a TS Clearance will be required.
• Compliance with DoD 8570.1 Certifications is required for certain positions

Qualifications across various labor categories needed are:

• Minimum of 2 – 7 years direct experience with planning, designing and implementing large complex physical and logical communication networks.
• Experience analyzing customer voice, data and image requirements and developing cost effective solutions
• Experience performing security audits, assessments, design, implementation and configuration of secured environments is desired. Working knowledge of TCP/IP and routing protocols
• Skills and ability to plan and implement inside and outside plant specifications, equipment, room layout, hardware and configurations.
• Experience conducting network site surveys
• Knowledge of DIS Applications Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS)
• Ability to provide and implement effective network intrusion solutions, firewalls and knowledge of network security tools.
• Knowledge of Air Force Information Assurance requirements
• Database administration knowledge with at least 4 – 9 years of experience
• System Administration expertise for Unix, Windows etc ...
• Ability to plan, modify, design and implement database structures, database administration tools and experience with languages such as PL/SQL, Visual BASIC and Oracle Forms
• Ability to plan, design, develop and modify database structures and database administration tools using Metastorm E-work application is required.
