The primary place of performance is at Kleber Kaserne, Germany. Our customer will provide transportation and life support services to our personnel when traveling within Iraq or Afghanistan while on duty. Personnel assigned to Iraq/Afghanistan will have access to DFAC, PX, Emergency Medical and Dental services that would be available to government civilians and military personnel, Lodging, and MilAir Travel.
Security Clearances
The work will be performed at UNCLASSIFIED, CONFIDENTIAL, or SECRET classifications. Personnel must have a favorable IT1 background investigation (i.e. SSBI ) and SECRET clearances.
Computing Environment Support personnel will be dispersed evenly between Bahrain, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait for in-theater support.
Information
You may be required to travel to customer sites worldwide. Additionally, you may have to travel with customer personnel or on behalf of the customer to working group, technical interchange, and other information or technical meetings.
Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (0730-1630) Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. However, some work outside of these time periods may also be required. Personnel in Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Iraq will provide support during theater specific duty hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, (0700-1800), Monday through Saturday, to include Federal Holidays.
Infrastructure & Virtualization System Engineers
We are seeking 3 qualified resources for Kleber Kaserne Germany.
Requirements
- Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize a virtualized Citrix XenAPP server farm environment.
- Experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) technology in a VMware environment.
- Operational experience with maintaining a Windows server 2008R2 environment.
- Ability to secure servers in compliance with DOD IA requirements to include 8500 controls, secure technical implementation guides (STIG), best practice, etc.
- Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT III and CE requirement.
- Meet computing environment requirement of MCSE/MCITP-EA or equivalent.
Computing Environment System/Network Engineers
We are seeking 4 Computing Environment System/Network Engineers, 1 each in Bahrain, Afghanistan, Iraq & Kuwait. Travel will be required to location in Southwest Asia, Europe and Africa.
Requirements
- You must have an understanding of advanced routing and switching concepts.
- You must have experience with Cisco routers and switches in a virtualized environment and remote locations. Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT III
- You must have experience managing switch technology as it relates to storage area network (SAN) and iSCSI storage devices.
- You must have operational experience with enterprise firewall products.
- You must have the ability to secure network devices in compliance with DOD IA requirements to include 8500 controls, STIGS, best practice, etc.
Systems Security Engineer
RTGX is seeking 1 resource for our location in Kleber Kaserne Germany with Information Systems Security Engineering capability to support the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and software applications ensuring integration with IA security requirements for the enclave.
Requirements
You will direct and/or implement operational structures and processes to ensure an effective enclave IA security program including boundary defense, incident detection and response, and key management. Provide direction and/or support to system developers/administrators regarding correction of security problems identified during testing. You will evaluate functional operation and performance in light of test results and make recommendations regarding Certification and Accreditation (C&A). You shall attend weekly Peer Reviews and status update meetings. You shall examine enclave vulnerabilities and determine actions to mitigate them. Implement vulnerability countermeasures for the enclave. You shall provide support for the development of IA related customer support policies, procedures, and standards. You must meet DoD 85 70.01-M IASAE III requirement.
Infrastructure Network Engineering Support
We are seeking 1 resource for our location in Kleber Kaserne Germany with Cisco and Checkpoint capability to analyze, design, support and implement, current and future virtualization architecture.
Requirements
You will analyze network architecture for feasibility, thoroughness, security, reliability and maintainability; and provide results of analysis. You will develop and execute strategies for fielding, implementation, integration and migration efforts supporting the customer's Information Operations Europe and Africa enclave, to include: cost estimates, technical & schedule risks, and analysis of alternatives. You will attend weekly Peer Reviews and status update meetings. You will provide equipment expertise and architecture expertise to assist the customer's Operations in Europe and Africa in answering specific functional and technical questions related to requirements, design and maintenance of network architecture both physical and logical and how it functions and relates to a virtualized environment. You will be required to travel when necessary and directed to any customer site location in Southwest Asia, Europe and Africa. We need you to have an understanding of advanced routing and switching concepts.
