RTGX is seeking Information Technology Professionals to provide enterprise level IT support services to the Army's 4th Signal Center (Theater) Pacific- Theater Network Operations Security Center (PAC-TNOSC). Performance based services will be provided through an ITIL framework and measured against established IT service metrics. Team will work as part of a government and contractor team to develop, manage and improve support services utilizing ITIL principles ensuring quality service delivery to business stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Technical Skills must include:
- Database Programmers/Analysts (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, SQL)
- Windows Active Directory
- MS Exchange
- Remedy ITSM 7.0
- Spectrum
- UNIX (Solaris, HPUX, Linux)
- Cisco Network Devices and Applications
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
