Awarded as an 8(a) small business set-aside, the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (8(a) STARS) II Government-wide Acquisition Contract is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government.
Each of the 8(a) STARS II constellations includes four functional areas designated by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).
Orders over $4 million are competed amongst the industry partners in the chosen constellation and functional area. |
