The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command manages DoD’s $1.9 billion Personal Property Program and is responsible for moving more than 500,000 shipments annually for the military services, DoD agencies, and the U.S. Coast Guard. RTGX is providing some its best and brightest in support of the Command's efforts to develop a single, Web-based personal property system to integrate and automate all DoD processes that support military service families’ moves worldwide. The new system is part of the DoD “Families First” initiative and will streamline the personal property movement process and align with ongoing transportation reengineering and business improvement initiatives throughout DoD. Recently, due to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) the SDDC has received direct assistance from its overarching command, USTRANSCOM in taking over the project and RTGX has assisted the government in the transition strategy and execution process. Ross Technologies, Inc. (RTGX) is continuing to expand the over two year relationship with this customer and as direct result of our successful partnership RTGX’s role continues to expand. RTGX staff currently provides a broad array of program management and related support functions that include but are not limited to:

1. Web based development
2. Schedule Management
3. Technology evaluation and implementation
4. Tracking and reporting on program related metrics
5. Support for world wide training
6. Customer outreach and communications (news letters & briefings)
7. Testing support
8. Business requirements and tracking
