Program and Project Managers with PMP Certifications, experience with dashboards, score cards, vendor performance, Office of Management and Budget Directives, Clinger Cohen Act, Capitol Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Integrated Master Schedules, work flow and business process improvement among other skills

Talented Network Engineers and System Administrators with experience in High Performance Computing platforms, Linux, Windows, storage area networks, network architecture, network security architecture and design, voice over IP, infrastructure management, firewalls, intrusion detection and network management software solutions among other technologies

Professionals with Government acquisition experience, acquisition development, and acquisition facilitation development

RTGX also seeks employees with specialized skill sets in signals analysis, digital signal processing, RF and HF signals, intelligence analysis, embedded software, collection systems and satellite technologies.

• Popkin, Metis, Ptek and or other data modeling or EA tools
• Risk Analysis, SIGINT, collection and documentation, concept of operations, capabilities generation, budget Federal A-11 and CBJB
• Clinger Cohen/CPIC, Enterprise Master Scheduling, Exhibit 300/53
