Position Location
Data Management Professionals Must have programming knowledge in ColdFusion and Java development. Must be experienced with Oracle databases, Oracle and report writing and Oracle Forms. Must be customer service focused and sensitive to customer deadlines for data management related projects and deliverables. Skills needed Data retrieval, Data Integration, Data reconciliation, Data Administration, Data Storage, Data Warehousing, Data Analysis and reporting. Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Access is required. Data mining and experience with enterprise data stores and structures is required.

Experience with Network Engineering, Network Operations Support Location.

Network Support Professionals Network Administration of wireless and wired hardware, and applications, network hardware and software experience, performance management, monitoring, network analysis, network systems administration. Must have DoD approved based line certifications Security Plus, SSCP to be accepted for employment.

Performance objectives for positions include:
  • Help users with authenticate and gain file access
  • must monitor protocols, hardware and software
  • 24/7 support for certain job functions and locations is required,
  • experience with load balancing, software patches and problem resolution is required.
  • Systems administration documentation must be kept up
  • DMZ intrusion and detection uptime and monitoring
  • trend analysis for LAN/WAN
  • preventive maintenance, diagnosis of network faults
  • resolve source problems, and restore network services within 2 hour or less.

Telecommunication Support ProfessionalsExperience supporting Global System Mobile cellular voice, Satellite data and voice, VOIP, POTS, PBX and Land Mobile Radios (VHF) is also required at CONUS and OCUNUS locations. Experience with Satellite, Microwave and Radios as well as other mobile communications equipment requirements CONUS and OCONUS. Support for cabling, wiring, and telephone moves, changes and adds along with telecommunications fault isolation is required.
Experience supporting Global System Mobile cellular voice, Satellite data and voice, VOIP, POTS, PBX and Land Mobile Radios (VHF) is also required at CONUS and OCUNUS locations.

Information Assurance Professionals Our customers have a unique responsibility related to the protection of our nation’s network assets around the world. RTGX is looking for professionals with experience in analyzing and preventing denial of service attacks, access to networks by unauthorized users, provisioning secure access to networks to authorized users around the globe and providing excellence in many facets related to Information Assurance. Candidates must possess in addition to a DoD secret or Top Secret Clearance the CISSP Certification, DoD Technical Level II, IAT Level II are needed to be eligible to support the monitoring of security assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVA) status and Management Level II (IAM Level II) certifications are needed to augment our clients DIACAP processes.

Desired personnel must maintain certifications compliant with Department of Defense (DODM) 8570.01-M and Army Regulation (AR) 25-2. Personnel assigned to information assurance assignments must qualify with information technology level II (IT-II) investigative level for users with limited privileged access.

Specifically personnel must have experience with the following skills:
  • Conducting Security reviews, network analysis, scanning, testing, and auditing to determine vulnerabilities. Scans and related results must be submitted within 24 hours and relayed to the Program’s Information Assurance Program Manager.
  • Applying security patches as needed to rectify security vulnerabilities. A track of record of excellence in the security posture of the networks being monitored through excellence in analysis, prevention and mitigation.
  • The ability to assist customers with security accreditation, security plans, and the application of Department of Army NIST standards 800-37 guidelines for security certification and accreditation for Federal Information Technology Systems.
Personnel with experience with DoD COMSEC requirements including the analysis and validation that systems are compliant with DoD COMSEC requirements is required.

Systems Operations and Maintenance
(System Administrators)
RTGX is looking for personnel with experience with the maintenance of existing systems, architectures including hardware, software, operating systems and networks.

All personnel interested in applying for positions must have completed DoD approved baseline certifications such as Security +, and or SSCP. Personnel must be able to support Tier II and Tier III support and migration services. Experience with release management, upgrades, patches, and change packages related to enhancements and fixes.

Experienced personnel with database administration support for Oracle, MS SQL, and MS Access databases are needed. Experience with database backups, recovery, related data storage and storage networks is desired.

The jobs have service level performance criteria.

Help Desk Personnel with experience and DoD baseline certifications as listed above are needed at various locations throughout the U.S. and Europe. Help Desk personnel must be able to:
  • Assist new users with account set up and also terminate account access as instructed
  • Establish email and messaging accounts as directed
  • Establish telecommunication services
  • Setup of portable and remote access devices
  • Identify problems and implement solutions
  • Maintain performance and system documentation and produce reports
  • Analyze and report on problem resolutions and trends
  • Develop self help aids, tips and tricks including FAQ’s for reoccurring problems
Experience with LANS, PCs, computing hardware and wide area networks, Internet connections, voice and data communications, and printers is desired.

Experienced personnel are needed for desk top support including the design, implementation, administration, repair, modifications and day to day operations and upgrades to operating systems and hardware.

Support for PC adds and moves, research for new applications and technology, perform ghost upgrade and distribution services, distribution of upgrades, patches and service packs and experience with the central management of desktops.

All Desktop support personnel must possess an A+ certification or other related or acceptable DoD baseline certification.
