Ross Technologies, Inc. (RTGX) has agreed to enter into a strategic agreement for cleared personnel recruiting services with C-volve LLC. C-volve LLC with offices in Columbia Maryland and headquarters planned for a soon to be announced Maryland Hub Zone was created by one of RTGX’s Executives. Cvolve has been in the development stages for two years as the company has worked to fully develop, test and ready for market, C-volve’s innovative recruiting management, candidate/job tracking engine and perfect recruiting methodologies and best practices.

C-volve has already successfully provided staffing services to one of the Nation’s largest Government Prime Contractors with offices throughout the world and has several new contracts pending with Government Prime Contractors in Northern Virginia and Maryland.
