Ross Technologies, Inc. (RTGX) will act as consultants to the Department of Defense in the implementation of the Niku Clarity Project and Portfolio Management solution. RTGX will assist The Department of Defense’s Acquisition Office with a full suite of services including:
- requirements gathering
- business process flow
- Earned Value Management
- Project Management Institute
- technology integration
The project is part of a proof of concept that included the evaluation of numerous other Project and Portfolio Management software vendors and that resulted in the selection of the Niku Clarity software. RTGX provides a full suite of Program and Project Management consulting services that assist clients with the management of information technology investments. RTGX is also a full service consulting firm with software development, network integration and information assurance expertise.
