Ross
Technologies, Inc. (RTGX) has established an IT Investment
Management Solutions practice to assist Federal and
State and Local Government customers in managing IT
investments across the enterprise. The IT Investment
practice is part of RTGX's Enterprise Architecture Division
housed within RTGX's Systems Engineering and Technical
Assistance (SETA) Division.
RTGX
is currently providing IT Investment Management and
Strategic Planning services to Federal DOD customers
throughout the Baltimore/Washington community. RTGX
is responding to ever expanding customer requests for
expanded services in meeting Clinger Cohen Act
(CCA) requirements including:

Capitol Planning and Investment Control
• Assessment of cost and benefits
of existing IT projects
• Assistance with establishing IT
investment standards, boards and offices
• IT Portfolio selection, management,
and oversight
The
formalization of RTGX's IT Investment practice establishes
this core competency as part of RTGX's Capability Maturity
Model (CMM) frame work and goals. The IT Investment
practice is staffed with IT and finance experts with
advanced degrees in IT, accounting, and business. The
staff is experienced in Government acquisition logistics
and standards, Government accounting and auditing and
OMB requirements.
