of a contract to RTGX for the design and implementation
of enhancements to an application for The Maryland State
Department of Education. RTGX will perform technical
and business process requirements gathering as well
as design, coding, testing and implementation of enhancements
to the SQL Server, ASP, and MS Access application. "RTGX's

centric software engineering experience at the Federal
