Columbia, Maryland — March 16, 2007

RTGX selected for the second year in a row as top 50 woman owned business in Maryland for 2006 and as one of the top 8(a) businesses in the United States by DiversityBusiness. RTGX continues to expand its revenue and customer base annually. The company has met increased revenue, profit and strategic objectives every year since inception and has aggressive growth targets for fiscal year 2007 and into fiscal year 2008. As part of its strategic plan the company has added strength to its Senior Executive Team with the recent addition of Marjorie Forbes a retired 32 year veteran of the National Security Agency Senior Executive staff. Ms. Forbes Leads RTGX’s Intelligence Community initiatives as well as its Ross Security Group Division. RTGX’s Program Management Group continues to work with Department of Defense and Commercial customers throughout the United States. Computer Associates ®, EMC™, Dell™, VMWare, and Xen Source™ have all been added to the list of RTGX solutions. The partnership with EMC, VMWare, and Xen Source is quickly making RTGX a leader in Server Consolidation and Storage Virtualization solutions for the Intelligence Community and for other Government and commercial customers. RTGX’s VirtualX Storage Consolidation methodology architecture is being leveraged by the Department of Defense.

Expansion plans include the recently launched Ross Security Group (RSG) Division of RTGX with a focus on providing background security investigations and security services to the Department of Defense and other customers. RTGX Executives last year launched a new company, C-volve™, with a focus on providing outsourcing and temporary staffing and recruiting solutions for the Federal Government, Government Contractors and Commercial customers. C-volve successfully assisted several large Government Contractors and Commercial customers with staffing key technology positions throughout the United States. C-volve also has contracts to assist customers with recruiting and hiring of key technology personnel for positions outside the United States.
