RTGX has completed the initial implementation of the Computer Associates award winning and industry leading project and portfolio management solution Clarity for Maryland’s Department of Human Resources (DHR). Representatives for DHR commented on the on-time and on-budget completion of the project. The project entailed extensive requirements gathering sessions and documentation in support of the implementation. RTGX consultants provided on-site and off-site consulting services with custom configuration of the Clarity software performed off-site at RTGX and delivered to DHR for final testing and implementation.
In addition to implementation services RTGX staff conducted several days of customized training for key stake holder staff of DHR.
