Columbia, Maryland — August 17, 2007

Ross Technologies, Inc. (RTGX), a Maryland headquartered systems integrator and information technology consulting firm, has added to its portfolio of clients seeking first class program management consulting services. The corporation has recently been awarded a subcontract to implement The Computer Associates (CA) Clarity Program and Portfolio Management software solution for one of the State of Maryland’s largest agencies. RTGX staff recently completed a phase I implementation for this State Agency successfully within budget and on time. RTGX is now assisting the agency with enterprise requirements development and planning.

RTGX has been awarded a subcontract to implement project management automation solutions for one of the leading Fortune 500 providers of technology solutions for banking, insurance, healthcare and credit unions. RTGX recently completed installations and upgrades to the Corporation’s CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management Software and assisted in the technology planning process in support of upgrades and server operating system and hardware related matters at the client's Orlando Florida offices. The work is a result of a successful partnership between RTGX and one of its business partners who frequently partner on Program and Project Management projects around the United States.

Also awarded last month is a contract to provide CA Clarity implementation and configuration services for one of the nation’s largest automotive parts retailers. RTGX supported the customer’s Memphis Tennessee location and completed the implementation over a weekend to minimize interruptions to the customer’s operations.

RTGX is in the planning stages for corporate expansion to the St. Louis/Illinois area in support of the United States Army. RTGX will establish offices near Scott Air Force Base and deploy Program Management and Technology Consultants to assist the military with the implementation of a software solution valued in excess of $127 million dollars. The software solution being implemented will be responsible for the logistics related to military movement of property around the world.
