RTGX supports Montgomery Alabama AFCEA Chapter

Columbia, Maryland — May 3, 2010
Ross Technologies, Inc. is lending its support to the Montgomery Alabama Armed Forces Electronic Communications Association (AFCEA) Chapter. AFCEA International, established in 1946, is a non-profit membership association serving the military, government, industry and academia as an ethical forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, IT, intelligence and global security.

RTGX will lend its support by attending the Montgomery IT Summit 2010 to be held on Tuesday May 17 and Wednesday May 18, 2010 and is providing sponsorship support along with other members of the local IT Community to the Golf Tournament that supports Scholarships for local area students. 

The Montgomery IT Summit is an annual event jointly sponsored by the US Air Force units at Maxwell Air Force Base - Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL and the Montgomery Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).

The event begins on Monday with the annual Tom Brantley Invitational Charity Golf Tournament, with proceeds benefitting the Montgomery AFCEA Chapter Educational Foundation. Since its inception, the Educational Foundation has invested over $3 million dollars in scholarships and other benefits for Montgomery area students, helping to transform Montgomery into one of the fastest growing centers of technical excellence in the Southern United States.

Montgomery is RTGX’s newest base of operations.  RTGX is in the process of establishing offices and other infrastructure in Montgomery Alabama as part of our efforts to support the mission at Maxwell Air Force Base –Gunter Annex.
