RTGX was asked to increase its consulting services in support of CA Clarity Functional and Technical Consulting services in support of Department of Defense efforts to expand its use of CA Clarity to manage large IT investment programs and projects and the substantial financial reporting and other accountability functions. The request increases RTGX's current staff providing all manner of highly specialized CA Clarity consulting.

RTGX has also been asked by the State of Maryland to increase and expand its Ca Clarity services across the enterprise in support of multi agency IT Projects.
