Program Management

The United States Army serves a critical purpose in our Nation’s defense.  As part of this important role, the Army needs to move troops, house hold goods, weapons and just about anything our Armed Forces may need to accomplish their mission any where in the world.  The Army embarked on a project to modernize the software applications and related processes that provide the vital logistic elements needed for the cost effective transportation of the assets needed to accomplish mission objectives. 

The Army’s Program Office responsible for this vital mission determined part of the way into the this major project, that they needed Program Management, Technology Analysis and Support, and Quality Assurance services to assist them in the oversight and management of this large software application modernization effort.  RTGX was selected as the company to provide these services. 

RTGX has become an important and successful part of the Army’s Program Office and the Army recently awarded RTGX a contract increasing the number of Program Management support staff RTGX provides in support of the Army’s efforts.  RTGX provides dashboard, program metrics, Economic Analysis studies, technology implementation and selection oversight amongst other services.
