Financial Institution: Network Help Desk & Integration
RTGX staff has been engaged to support the network and network help desk requirements for the regional offices of one of the nation’s oldest money management firms.

Challenges met for this customer include responsiveness to Securities and Exchange Commission Information Assurance regulations and smoothly migrating the customer to new corporate IT offices and updating network technologies and infrastructure.


State & Local Government: Network Infrastructure Support
RTGX’s network experiences includes providing support for a complex array of servers, switches and other devices related to support of geographically dispersed offices of the Maryland’s public safety focused departments. We have provided on site local and wide area network management for various State of Maryland agencies.

RTGX supports help desk functions, network design and implementation, network intrusion detection, break fix support and performance management. Our engineers have designed custom network product solutions for specific customer needs not able to be met by commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions. RTGX is staffed with professionals with certifications in CISCO, Microsoft and a matrix of hardware, network and other certifications.


Federal Civilian Agency Network Support
RTGX staff have been selected by our Government customers to provide leadership to other contractor staff in support of diverse network technology support, design and implementation missions.

For a department of the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, RTGX was called in to debug a complex set of network implementation related issues and provide guidance to contractor staff on how to reengineer the network implementation to correct network performance bottlenecks and operating issues.


Net-Centric Support for the Nation’s War Fighters
Net-centric warfare is not just about technology; it is an emerging theory of war and the next art and science of warfare to be exploited. Net-centric warfare involves a cultural change in relationships that includes networking over the Internet among large groups of people.

The Department of Defense relies on RTGX to support the architecture, implementation and support for Net-centric rack solutions that are deployed around the world in support of the War Fighter.
