Clarity version 13 |

Some of the new v13 features include:
- Enhanced User Interface. New look and feel and new navigation, including expanding top menus and the elimination of the left-side navigation bar.
- Enhanced Cost Plans. Configurable and process-enabled.
- Web-based Gantt. Now supports in-line editing and drag-and-drop.
- New Open Workbench. Includes Office-like ribbon bar, Quick Search, Selective Scheduling, print preview, and more!
- Improved Graphics and Dashboarding. Also the ability to configure project folder tabs.
v13 no longer supports the following features:
- Offline Timesheets
- External Billing
- Rooms & Equipment
- Calendaring (Events)
- Test Rate Matrix
- XDM Forms (existing forms will still be supported, but there will no longer be the ability to create new forms)
- IE 6 & 7
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005
- Actuate
- Microsoft Project 2000, 2002 and 2003
- 32 bit application servers, java runtime servers and operating system
